I present to you Thunderbird for the fx-9860! As TI calculators have Phoenix, now CASIO has it's own awesome space shooting game! Thunderbird strives to be one of the best space shooting games available on a calculator. Thunderbird is an evolution of my previous space game: Space Invaders.

* Actual sprite explosions!
* Vertical side scrolling (See the stars pass by!) and graphics are drawn very smoothly and are calibrated for appropriate speed
* Ability to move your ship along X and Y axis!
* Awesome weapons: Lasers, twin lasers, rockets, plasma and megabombs (Megabombs not yet implemented)

Remember this is still a demo. I'm still creating the levels and the bosses. However the game is very playable. I still have lots in store for Thunderbird. :D Here are the controls:

[dLEFT] [dRIGHT] [dUP] [dDOWN] - Moves your ship
<span class=MENU' /> - Pauses the game. Pressing <span class=MENU' /> again goes to MENU.
<span class=Shift' /> - Fires current weapon
<span class=F1' /> - Chooses single laser
<span class=F2' /> - Chooses twin lasers
<span class=F3' /> - Chooses missiles
<span class=F4' /> - Choose plasma cannon
<span class=F5' /> - Activates megabomb which wipes out the field (Not yet implemented)

Wanna try Thunderbird out?
Current download link: Try out Thunderbird right now!

If you like the demo, please tell me. If you want anything added to the game, please tell me because its still in development. Comments are welcome also.

Ok, I uploaded the game to the File Share plus with screenshots that are really impressive! The one I uploaded to the fileshare fixes some collision bugs. Major upgrades will be done either later on this day or on the weekends.
